COVID-19 Visitor Guidelines

The surgery is open as normal but with some changes noted below:

Please do not attend without an appointment. Please contact us and will do a phone triage first.
If you have been given an appointment to attend please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment and call us when you arrive at the practice. This is for your safety and to reduce contact with others also.
If you have COVID concerns, a fever, cough or shortness of breathe, please call us on 01 295 1238 for triage (or Lukedoc on 01 406 5158 if out of hours).
